Exceptional service from staff made the experience memorable, especially with quick assistance regarding forgotten laundry. The complimentary laundry was a great perk, and the food was surprisingly delicious with generous portions, especially the udon. However, bedside sconces take a while to turn off after being switched, and while the room was clean, it felt slightly smaller than expected. Location-wise, it was convenient, but a tad noisy at times due to nearby activity.
